Thursday

I didn't tear off the next page of my page-a-day calendar when I woke up this morning. I don't recall looking at the page-a-day calendar on the bedside table. I heard my husband brushing his teeth after I put my slippers on and walked down the hall to where the news was on tv. No coffee was made. I had raisin bran and a couple sips of orange juice.

Friday

Husband, husband's friend of 15-odd years, and I clicked from MSNBC News, CNN, FOXNews in the Morning, the Arts Channel, and an infomercial over coffee this morning. I don't recall smelling the coffee. I don't remember how many cups of coffee I drank. I have a bitter taste in my mouth from the coffee though. I just heard a bird chirp once outside the window. It must have flown away or just decided not to chirp anymore because I don't hear any chirps at all right now.

Saturday

After I woke up this morning, I put on my robe which was hanging not on its usual hook on the inside of the closet door, but over my belts on the other hook. My face already felt mad. A show about the deep blue sea was on tv. I had raisin bran. I recall that when I woke up, I could smell my breath against the pillow.

Sunday

I have a localized painful throb on the left side of my skull since yesterday. The land-lord's wife is down in her chamber watching the news. It's clear out. I haven't eaten anything yet.

Monday

I saw Shepard Smith on FoxNews. I'm listening to Real Jazz station 70 and drinking a diet Pepsi Wild Cherry. I don't smell anything in particular at this time. The throb on my skull pained me momentarily earlier today but is gone now.

Tuesday

Yesterday I banged my right elbow, so today my elbow is stiff and sore when I flex my arm. This morning I turned off the news before the full story on America's Next Top Model violence photos, but I did catch a brief interview with the new Miss America on Fox&Friends. Right now, I've got the BrainWave Generator headache treatment 1: steady sound on the computer speakers; I'd gone to Jewel this morning and got some pain relievers for my headache which I woke up with again on the left side of my skull, but the headache is gone for the moment. After breakfast, I vacuumed the dust and dirt out of the window sills in the dining room with the hand-held DirtDevil. I'm breathing, but I can't recall any scents in particular so far today.

Wednesday

Drinking carrot juice. Carrot juice is really an opaque, very opaque orange, I note. The headache on the left side of my skull is there when I wake up this morning. Now it's unnoticeable because I took a pain reliever. I wonder if my PC's white noise has any particular effect on my headache; carrot juice actually has a strong odor - I never had consciously noticed that other times I've had it, funny.

Thursday

This morning my headache is gone, and my arm feels fine. It's around 5 to 6 in the evening, and it's still light out. When I was in therapy session this morning, I recall hearing a wind-chime sound coming from behind the wall behind me and to my right; I was engrossed in talking about memories, so I didn't comment to my therapist on the chime. Eucerin lotion is supposed to be scentless, but I can smell it on my hands. I love Coke; I seemed to think before that Subway doesn't have Coke products, but I just got a Coke there this afternoon - I'll have to see if it's just the one downtown that doesn't have Coke products.

Friday

The keyboard is Saitek Eclipse, black with blue back-lighting. I don't have on music. I have a faint taste of peanut butter in my mouth. I can smell my shirt; I don't know if it's the detergent or the fabric itself. My right hand is cold as per usual because of holding it at an upwards angle over the mouse.

Tuesday

The first thing I recall seeing after I woke up this morning was the red new message button blinking on the voicemail machine. It makes no beeping. I have the taste of raisin bran in my mouth at the moment, which reminds me that while I was at Jewel, the customer in line behind me...smelled something rancid. It may not have been from her, so I beg her pardon if I'm wrong. I've been tensing my shoulders, but not so much after I napped.
