Ok i've been wondering if i'm developing a eating disorder.I'm an 18 year old male and i'm 5'3", i weight 100lbs and thats naturally but lately i've wanted to loose weight and my goal weight it 94 and the reason for that is because in mid may i got the stomach flu and i didn't eat for about 3 days and i droped down to 94 and i liked the way i looked i mean my stomach was flatter(a problem area for me) and i kinda fear gaining weight cuz i love being skinny i always have been it's like my trade mark. oh and i'm Bipolar and have ADHD soo yea i'm just not sure i have one cuz i just wanna loose about 6 pounds and i'll be happy. well i'd love some input <3
oh and i'm considering dieting like exteme dieting and exercising and straving myself but i have yet to do anything about it.but i feeling like i want to but just to get to my goal weight
If I understand you correctly—you wish to tone your body more than anything else. I think 100lbs is just about cool for you, as it is very important to maintain the BMI.
