My pdoc changed my clonazepam from 1.5 mg at night to .5 in the morning and 1 at night. Today was the first day, and I AM SO DROWSY!!! BLECH! It also puts me off balance, and I'm walking like I've had one too many drinks!

Every day Red Star? Do you have to take 0.5mg everyday? Just wondering. That amount used to put me to sleep. I'll whine too, lol no on second thought I change my mind, Be careful driving on those suckers !
Well, it's drowsiness or pretty strong, live interfering anxiety. Maybe I'll start with .25 the rest of the week - give my body a chance to get used to taking it in the morning.
Now that my moods are more stable, we're trying to deal with my anxiety. When I'm under sustained stress (good or bad), I get so anxious! And you all know I don't mean normal anxiety. The times I've had a mixed episode is when I've had sustained stress and spiking anxiety. We're trying to prevent that from happening this time.
Since when I take clonazepam at night, I'm not drowsy at all the next day, he thinks I'll be able to handle it. He's put a ban on driving any distance - city driving only. Good thing Cloud does nearly all of the distance driving anyway!
I did feel less anxious yesterday, although I was drowsy. I'm just going to see how it goes...
