Hi, I got this book (pictured above) because I wanted to believe I had the power to make myself feel better (as in a better mood).
And I liked the picture of the cube-face on the cover, kinda funny.
I guess that to this day, today, I am holding onto the belief that I indeed have some kind of power myself to alter my ways of thinking and doing and thus transform my emotional reactions, as well. It's not clear to me whether or not the above-pictured workbook has had a lot or a little or absolutely nothing to do with my current beliefs, good or bad.
All's I can say is that I did almost all of the exercises in the workbook with a pencil, (I must say), and kind of half-assed. I was in a big rush to complete the book for some reason, even tho it was not a loaner. (I saw it on Amazon and then picked it up at my local bookstore). All in all, I don't think it was a complete waste of time, even tho I no longer have it, having tossed it awhile ago, which I somewhat regret as it might be of interest to me to look back on what I'd written in the exercises at that time, but oh well...
Hi EA, I did this book a few times...it did not help me. I even photocopied some of the pages so I could do the exercises over and over...but they didn't help and I gave up. I was sad(der) because I had heard it was so good.. ...Aqua
