In addition, the case is water-resistant to 10 bar, making the Ingenieur Automatic 40 a modern and functional sports watch.
The case is a modified 45.7mm lug-to-lug with a functional screw-down bezel.
My favorite version is the Aqua, Ref. IW328903: stainless steel case, aqua blue dial, rhodium-plated hands and applied hour-markers, one-piece stainless steel bracelet with polished center link and butterfly folding clasp.
