I've been ongoing treatment for a while now and still have some pretty severe symptoms. This unnecessary imgained fear has interferred with my work ethic, which is usually strong and my over all wellbeing and isnt healthy, noy only for me but for those around me. Ive tried excercise, omega 3 fatty acids, ginseng, aroma therapy, hypnosis, subliminal indiuction and isochronic tomes yet nothing seems to be working. ive tried consulting with my doctor but the healthcare down here isnt the best. I want to live a normal healthy and fulfilling life with no regrets. I was doing so well as a kid them like most stats indicate, the symptoms started to surface im my late teens. It would be awesome to leave this illness behind and get back to a healthy routine again. Its like the medicine has stolen something from deep inside of me and but a damper on my drive and creativity. As a musician and composer you can see why that would be alarming Can anyone relate? Do have any tips suggestions or questions?

Unlike you, I had no symptoms till I was 57. Then, I was misdiagnosed as bipolar when suffering from PTSD. The first thing you should learn is that nobody can see into your head...you are your own best physician. I quit a lifelong tobacco habit the same day I kicked my meds...4/2/15. It has served me well.

“The important thing is to not stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existence. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery each day." Albert Einstein
