Please help me, I very fat and do not know that to me to do with my body. Diets do not help, nothing helps. Who νθασδό can advise me as me to grow thin?
It's great for your mind and your body. Start slowly. I lead a water aerobics class and some people in it are over 250 lbs., but they can exercise in water. Don't believe "no pain no gain." Exercise should not be painful. You want to do something that you like and that doesn't hurt so you can continue to do it.
Walking is also a good low impact exercise.
Sometimes it's hard to get up and get motivated. Do you have a dog? My dog jumps for joy when I take him for a walk, but now he's so old, he can't keep up with me. I take him for a short "warm up" walk around the block, and then do some stretching exercises while he finishes his "business" in the back yard. Then, I put him inside and continue my walk at a faster pace.
I lost 50 pounds just by eating less and exercising. I walked on a treadmill every day for 20-30 minutes. I started out slowly and increased my speed as I got in better condition. I ate everything I wanted, but in smaller amounts. If we ate out, I ate only half of the meal served. (Restaurant servings could feed two or three men comfortably, I think.) If I ate a cheeseburger, I would not have the fries. I drank diet drinks or water. Also, depending on your frame, you may not be destined to be thin at your normal weight, so see your doctor about what's right for you. Remember, don't judge yourself by what you see on TV, in films, or in magazines. Those people are NOT average, and a lot of them are not even normal for their builds.
