Can anyone suggest me some good diet plan and exercise..I am underweight so i wanted to gain my weight quickly.please help?

You should improve your diet plan.
Take a healthy and balanced diet to gain your body weight and maintain it.
Take more protein foods in your diet rather than more carbs and fat to gain your muscels and not fat.
You should also join a gym to do the weight exercises for the weight and muscles gain.
