Defrost 2 pounds of ground beef. Dice one medium onion. Mix the above two ingredients together with 2/3 cups sauce such as ketcup (I used some other sauce from a Costco package of pork ribs.) along with 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2/3 cups bread crumbs.
Shape meat mixture into rounds and poke a indentation in the middle of the meatloaf round. Bake at 350 degrees for about 38 mins.
It was fun making it because I haven't made meatloaf ever and it was nice to have something different for supper.
