Hello, I was surprised to see I have lost 6 lbs in the last week. I had blood tests and I have high colesterol. Big surprise to me. Anyway all I did was lay off fat. Anything fatty. Wish me luck as I hopefully lose a bit more.

HI all, I have lost another 3 lbs. I`m not even trying. Unbelievable for me. It has to be cutting out the fat. I`m going to wear smaller jeans. I have a long way to go, but now I made a start and I am proud of myself, even if I do say so myself. My self esteem has had a boost. 9 lbs. lighter. So far. Wish me luck.

14 lbs Not and easy feat.........CONGRATS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I need to lose wieght, I'm a walking heart attack, with family history and weight it's not good, plus diabetes both sides ect...... it's so hard. Your doing great keep it up. First step I have to take is stop eating at night and go from there.

Keep going Sheerlin these are attainable goals, as you know now. Excellent work, I've this past few weeks have been laying the foundation for my losing weight, like no eating at night, walking small amounts, healthy eating ect. but it is still so hard. I'd like to have a mirror like this one .......but when I got away from it I would look my own fat self so really not much benefit........Hope you keep it up I'll let you know my progress and there will be progress!!

Hi, I`ve cut out junk food, and I don`t eat after 7pm. I drink lots of milk. Eat lots of fruit, veges. My portions are almost half. I don`t eat anything fatty. I really miss choc bars and potato chips though. Love the picture Shelley.

Sounds like a good plan, mine is basicly the same, cut back portions, no eating after 6/7ish, no junk blah blah blah.........try to get some exercise along the way, for me thats the hardest one. Sheerlin try a "big turk" for moments you just need chocolate just 4 grams of fat and I love them. I love that pic too.

oooo, I love big turks. 4 grams fat! I think I deserve a low fat choc bar, thanks Shelley. I was always slim up until the deppression and bp meds. Well it`s not going to stop me from losing weight anymore.

Hey SheerLin it's been a week and of course I don't see results but I do feel it, although I gave in to a ham/cheese sandwich on whole wheat. Oh well I'm not perfect but I'll keep working at it. Now for something off topic..........your images posted in the new members section........do you mind if I use some of them, I don't know how to create my own and yours are beautiful and look so good when welcoming someone new. So do you mind my using them How are you doing this week?

Hi Shelley, I`m down 16 now. At least I`m not gaining any back. If you go to photobucket.com, you will have to join I think, (free). I get most of the WELCOME`S there. You just type in welcome. There are hundred`s of them. You`ll see mine there, however I did not create them. I went to photobucket and copied them. Put pointer on the pic and it usually enlarges so you can copy it. Have fun.
