I have had issues with anger, though as of late,mostly vocal and with a phone keeping a safe distance between me and the recipient of my tirades. They are most embarrassing to me after they end. I had one the other day because of the delivery of a defective ridding mower. The incidents are usually compounded by the fact that I believe they are not merely a result of incompetence but are a purposeful attack against me to negate any degree of success I might realize in anything I attempt. That is they do not want me to be happy and at peace.
When I feel this rage I do my best to temper it with good manners. This seems to work.
I no this has nothing to do with your question, but your incident has given me a lot of thought into my own behavior.
I guess it wouldn't hurt to make an appointment Jonathan. PS- I used to be a phone wrecker, breaker, flinger thrower . basher. I once broke a chandelier, in a fit of rage and despair. with a telephone handset. Anger, we all have it. I find physical labour helps discharge my energy. House work, yard work, washing cars, etc. Am in your corner young one ! I am 52, hee !an old lady lol

I used to yell alot....about nothing before I got the right meds... As Spirit said...if you keep good manners as a guide you will come to be known as the gentleman you are.
Counselling is always a good option.....email them and see.
However, it would be even more beneficial if you could have such sessions provided on our National Health Service where you would not be involved in fee paying.
