I have been having terrible nightsweats for 20 years and have been worked up for everything by an endocrinologist. Recently i have been taking Pantothenic Acid 1000mg, 1 B-50 vitamin & 2- omega 3 complex gels before bed - and a lutein 20mg gel(not sure which one is helping) but it is amazing when i dont take them i change 2-3 times a night and when i do i start sweating only in the early morning before waking up...i will try to rule out which one is responsible & get back to you all.
Hi, I have been taking prozac for several years and have had night sweats the whole time. Are sage and flaxseed oil safe during breastfeeding, does anyone know? thanks
I have been experimenting with night sweats as a way to detoxify my body. I have had good results so far just using plenty of blankets and hot water bottles. I have noticed that the more sweat that occurs the better I feel after waking up. I have also experimented with taking fresh juiced garlic and carrot juice just before bed and that helps turn on the night sweats also but is not as reliable as the extra blankets and hot water bottles. Does anyone have any suggestions I could try to encourage more night sweat ?

what meds are you on? my meds make me sweat to. be careful not to get too hot, and in the sun, certain drugs can cause heat stroke, and needless to say the suns radiation is bad enough without pills helping it scorch our skin.
