Dear Members,
It would be very helpful if you could tell our community about the changes in your personality that you observe at the beginning of your depressive episodes. We are trying to learn more about the "early warning signs" of depression.
At the beginning of your depression, do you lose your self-confidence?
- Do you lack self-confidence; feel inadequate; or become indecisive?
Once you answer, you will be shown how our other members have answered.

| I think I questionare was good. However I found myself stuck with options with the question asking "at the beginning of depression do you lose empathy" I can't say for others though for me sometimes I have more empathy and sometimes I have less empathy and don't care about people's feelings whatsoever. |

I have only bipolar depression, perhaps this is less interpersonal and more to do with a switch went the wrong way. Certainly these last 40 years of depression and mania, no,like this.
