Dear Members,
It would be very helpful if you could tell our community how you deal with the onset of depression. The following is a questionnaire that assesses how people (with Major Depressive Disorder and/or Dysthymic Disorder) cope with depression.
Here's the first question:
When my mood starts to become too down, depressed, or hopeless:
- I ensure that I stay on the prescribed dose of my medication for depression.
Once you answer, you will be shown how our other members have answered. |

- I purposely don't make any major decisions - e.g., buy a new car, buy a house, quit my job (because I don't trust my decision-making ability when I'm depressed).
