Dear Members,
It would be very helpful if you could tell our community how you deal with the onset of depression. The following is a questionnaire that assesses how people cope with depression (in Bipolar Disorder).
Here's the first question:
When my mood starts to become too down, depressed, or hopeless:
- I ensure that I stay on the prescribed dose of my medication for depression.
Once you answer, you will be shown how our other members have answered. |
