Dear Members,

It would be very helpful if you could tell our community how you deal with the onset of mania. The following is a questionnaire that assesses how people cope with mania (in Bipolar Disorder).

Here's the first question:

When my mood starts to become too excited, elated, or manic:
    • I ensure that I stay on the prescribed dose of my anti-manic medication.
Once you answer, you will be shown how our other members have answered.
