I FUKED UP AND ABUSED TNITE, IM SO UPSET I DONT KNOW WHAT TO THINK , WETHER I SHUD JUST GIV MY LIFE UP NOW CUZ ITS ONLY GUNNAA GET HARDA, OR KEEP PUSHIN A BLINDE EYE IM ONLY A 16 YR OLD GIRL AND IM PREGNENT I NEED HELP I JUST KANT STOP!

Hi Chantel,
Welcome to the online Communities here.

I have had suicidal thoughts over during February. Just click on my pic to the left and you will see my "mood calendar." Every member here has a mood calendar which you can fill out daily. It's been a nice feature. I've been coming to this site for over a year and made some good friends. It's a great place to unload feelings.

We talk about anything here. There are forums for all different kinds of things. It's all free, and there is also a self-diagnosis part that you can get if you pay a fee. People here come to find out about meds and side-effects and to hear other people's stories. I have Bipolar Disorder, but I also have made friends with other members here who suffer from Schizophrenia, Schizo-affective Disorder, and Major Depression.

A majority of the members on this mytherapy site are older that 20, but we do have some other members here that are your age.

How did you find mytherapy.com?

p.s. I like your Nick, what made you think of leave-me-rain? (EmergingArtist I did because I was listening to the radio and there was a song by an emerging artist on and also, I went to college for art and am trying to do art, painting and drawing mostly)

i abused speed and alchohol .. again :S
at least im finally off the harder stuff. . . so i guess im getting ther in a way..

leave-me-rain.... i decided i will admit whilst off guts but felt like thats just how i was feeling.. like it was just always raining on me... and id wish for it to just stop '' hence the name :).. i dont know if im the right forum to be searching for help or comfort.. just that piece of undertanding by someone who knws what its like to be were iam. ?

Glad to hear from you again Chantal, I was never pregnant at a young age (that's got to be scary for you) but I did a lot of speed when I was 20 and I remember nothing screwed up my brain more than that drug. I couldn't think properly, felt psychotic and had the most horrendous anxiety and fear. I don't have that anymore I am clean. It was all because of the drug. It is real poison. I hope you will try not use anymore. If you cannot you need some drug addiction treatment to help you thru it. Your hospital will point you in the right direction. Please go and see them and tell them about your pregnancy too and they will be able to give you the councelling you so obviously need. Being with chils so young is a challenge enough without the problem of drug addiction and potential harm to the baby. What about your home situation? Is it good, do you get support? or are there problems there?.

You need to enroll in a drug rehab program before you kill yourself and/or your baby. I cant imagine the damage you are causing to yourself and the baby by taking those drugs.

How are you Rain? I hope your doing well by now. I've been struggling to find a drug addiction rehabilitation treatment for these past few weeks to treat my addiction. I realized one thing, searching for a rehab is not a quick task. But this is not where I give up, my family are very supportive that they manage to look for sponsors to my recovery. I'm very curious how it goes with you and your baby. I'm quite scared for the process and also excited to get sober.

Let go of your fear VTaylor. If there's one thing I've learn from my recovery experience in Drug Addiction Care Rehabilitation is to be strong and never be afraid to face my fears. Goodluck! You'll gonna get through this, believe in yourself.
