I had another terrible binge today. Food seems to be the only major pleasure in my life, unless you count sleep and masturbaution. I keep thinking of the food as a very slow form of suicide.
It's definetly easy to binge, but you need to be strong to resist. The HCG Diet can help supress your appetite and resist this. It works for me. And you never know, you might find more enjoyment in other things. Try taking up hobby, or a new job. Something where you can acheive!
